You have probably seen the beautiful fruit decorations that are popular in some Asian countries, especially Thailand. Mutita EdibleArt is a nice blog with simple instructions showing incredible fruit and vegetable sculptures. There are of course different degrees of difficulty and the flower in the picture belongs to the more advanced ones. The tomato flower below is clearly easier.
