Brown Cream Sauce

Basic recipe for a super simple brown sauce. Feel free to enhance it with pan drippings and your own spices. Serve with traditional dishes such as meatballs, pork chops, or beef roast. The measurements don't need to be exact, so cook it longer if the sauce is too thin, and dilute with cream or water if it becomes too thick. Any skin that forms on the sauce can simply be stirred back in until it dissolves.
