Separate the egg yolks and egg whites (2 each, save the egg white for meringue). Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler along with the butter. Whip the cream until soft and then blend it with the melted chocolate. Whisk the egg yolks until fluffy and mix them with the chocolate mixture.
