Grilled flank steak with rub.

Flank steak is a fantastic cut of meat to grill due to its coarse fibers, and because it's so thin, it cooks quickly. Many people enjoy marinating flank steak before grilling, and I do too! However, in this recipe, the flank steak is coated with a layer of rub instead, resulting in a wonderfully flavorful crust and juicy meat, as you can see in the pictures!
