Time for grilling! Please give the surface of the meat a final oiling to prevent sticking. Spread a tablespoon of oil on each side using the back of the spoon to avoid getting spice-covered fingers. Grill for a short time on high, direct heat. About 4 minutes per side is good to create a nice surface while achieving an internal temperature of just over 50 degrees Celsius (53 degrees C internal temperature). Optionally, change the direction of the grill marks halfway through to achieve a nice grill pattern.
