Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and start heating a frying pan over medium heat. Finely dice the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the ground meat, seasoning with chili, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the cheese throughout the meat. Shape into 4-5 balls and press them as if making a snowball to make them compact, possibly distributing any remaining cheese among the balls.
