Peas and ham, basic recipe.

This is a basic recipe for pastry dough that is enough for a standard pie (approximately 25 cm in diameter). Roll out the pastry dough or press it into the pie dish with your fingers. I usually let it extend slightly over the edges so that it doesn't fall down during pre-baking! Then fill it with your choice of filling.
