Begin by preheating a skillet over medium heat and then peel off the skin from the falukorv sausage. Slice the sausage into approximately 1 cm thick pieces. Press down the curve of the sausage against the cutting board to make it easier to achieve even slices. Optionally, notch the edges slightly to prevent each slice from curling up, as shown in the pictures. Add the cooking fat to the pan and distribute the slices evenly.
