Prepare a baking tray by lining the bottom with a layer of aluminum foil and then place a rack on top. Wipe the ribs with paper towels and remove the thin, pale membrane on the inside to allow the marinade to penetrate better. Brush most of the marinade on both sides of the ribs and place them on the rack in the tray. Then cover with another layer of aluminum foil and pinch around the edge of the tray to seal as tightly as possible.
