"I season the asparagus in sous vide"

White asparagus is wonderful when cooked sous vide, taking about 20-30 minutes at 84 degrees Celsius. Feel free to leave the asparagus in the bag in the refrigerator after the sous vide bath until serving; they will stay fresh for about 3 days. Check out my Instagram too!
