Yogurt Balls

Creamy balls made from drained yogurt that you can personalize however you like. The base is drained yogurt, which you can season with herbs (such as mint, parsley, thyme...) and perhaps a bit of garlic. Store them in olive oil until you're ready to eat the balls, and you can also use the leftover olive oil for other cooking.
