Classic Sunday Roast. It takes about 2 hours in the oven for a 1.2 kg roast that has been left out to reach room temperature before being seared in a frying pan and then placed in the oven. Enjoy it with potatoes, brown cream sauce, pickled cucumber, and a salad. Be sure to include the juices from the roast in the cream sauce!
